It looks at your week, knows when you've genuinely had a rough one versus when you're just having a moment, and tells you the truth — kindly. The way a good friend would.

It actually knows you

Not in a creepy way. In a "remembers you said your knee was bothering you last Tuesday" way. When you check in, it's already up to speed. No more retyping your goals every time you open the app.

It looks at your calendar

Got school until 3? A 6 AM meeting? A friend's wedding Saturday? It sees all that. The plan it gives you actually fits your week — not some idealized version where you have nothing else going on.

It tells you the truth, gently

If you're genuinely cooked, it'll say so. If you're just having a meh moment in the middle of a normal training block, it'll tell you that too. The tone is "your friend who happens to be a great coach" — not "drill sergeant" and not "yoga teacher."
